Hi and Welcome!

Iā€™m Giordana or just simply G. I have been practicing as a Registered Dietitian since 2016, previously I helped individuals reduce their chronic disease risk. Within my own practice, I am excited to help even more individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.

I was sick for many years experiencing chronic fatigue, stomach pains, headaches, and the list of symptoms could go on and on. I would go from doctor to doctor and not find any answers. This was the most frustrating of all as not only was I feeling awful, but no one could identify why. This became my new normal.

Fast forward to my sophomore year in college when I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, which subsequently changed my life. With this being said, I have learned to pride my nutritional advice on balance, moderation, and accommodating your dietary restrictions when required. My approach with clients is to focus on where they are in life regarding daily habits, and what they hope to achieve regarding their health and overall wellness.

I received my Associates degree from Ashland University while playing on scholarship for soccer. After receiving my diagnosis, I transferred to the University of Akron and received my Bachelorā€™s in Dietetics. Following my graduation, I completed my dietetic internship through Adagio Health prior to passing the Registration Examination Boards for Dietitians. To further enhance my career, I received my Master of Business Administration from Ashland University.

After competing as a Division II athlete, I evolved into a coach and have loved assisting athletes to realize their potential and achieve their goals. My coaching experience is specifically with youth travel and high school athletes.

In my spare time, I enjoy cycling, reading, traveling, and spending time with family & friends.

I look forward to working with you!
